This book introduces to and provides an overview of works by Manfred Davidmann, an internationally well-known and respected scientist and author of a number of books and reports which have had considerable impact. His work usually breaks new ground, opens up new understanding and is written in meaningful and easily understood language. Outstanding is that his work is generally accepted as factual, objective and unbiased. Expert knowledge is expressed in clear and meaningful language.

In his work on the general management of enterprises and communities Manfred Davidmann laid the foundation for, and developed, 'management science'. He first coined and defined the term 'Participation', meaning by this 'participation in decision-making'. He trained practicing middle and senior managers worldwide and lectured to degree-level students. He developed the Group Mind Theory and Science. Thanks to his research, analysis and publications it is now public knowledge why, when, how and by whom the original teachings of Moses, Jesus and Mohammed were changed.
